About

We Walk With You

We ardently believe in our capacity as human beings to experience healing. Our main role as a counselor is to partner and walk with our clients while they tap into their resiliency to make positive changes in their lives. Counseling is a unique relationship that provides a safe space for the exploration of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, values, beliefs, relationships, challenges and solutions. We believe that you are the expert on you and that we can work with you to fulfill your counseling goal(s). We work with individuals (older teens and adults) couples and families. We all have a varied clinical backgrounds, educations, and theories that inform our work. We would be happy to explain our techniques more in depth with you and explore how we can use them to best meet your unique needs. Julie the distinct honor of supervising license-eligible clinicians at the practice. If you are receiving counseling from one of my supervisees, please know that I oversee all of their clinical work. They meet regularly with me to review counseling sessions, and I examine all session notes. Each supervisee has their own distinct experiences and areas of expertise. All billing is done under my name and license as their licensed clinical supervisor. It is sort of like getting two counselors in one! If you have questions about how clinical supervision works, please do not hesitate to ask your counselor or me.
